Hypnotherapy isn’t about losing control; it’s about gently guiding your attention inward, where meaningful change can happen. If you've ever daydreamed or been completely absorbed in a book or film, you’ve already experienced a kind of natural trance — hypnotherapy simply helps you use that state with intention. That makes complete sense — your mind is your own, and it’s important to feel safe. Hypnotherapy doesn’t override your will or control you in any way. You’re awake, aware, and in charge the entire time. My role is simply to guide and support you, helping you access your own inner resources so you can make the changes you want, in a way that feels safe and empowering. Yes, online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. Many clients prefer online therapy as they can have sessions in their own home without the need to travel.
