About Me

When I was in the corporate world, I felt unfulfilled and inauthentic. Working 9-5 in an office and being micro managed felt stifling to me. What I did enjoy was talking to clients and building relationships so I decided to change career in order to help people on a much more personal and transformational level. This was the start of my journey into working as a therapist. It was also the start of me being my authentic self.

After retraining as a counsellor, my growing practice led me to develop an interest in hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming (NLP) as I realised their potential to further help clients. I had long been fascinated by the mind, and how it works and it was a natural progression to train as an NLP coach, and clinical hypnotherapist so I could offer more to the clients that I work with. I have undertaken advanced training in trauma, grief & loss and am an accredited Adaptive Therapy for Autistic Adults practitioner and ADHD coach.

As I witnessed first hand the incredible results from hypnotherapy, I was inspired to qualify as a trainer. I subsequently co-founded a training academy, InsideOut Wellness Academy, offering a range of courses in hypnotherapy, life coaching and NLP. Having always found working with people fulfilling, alongside my practice I have volunteered at a hospice for 8 years as a bereavement counsellor. Prior to this I volunteered with a leading cancer charity for 3 years and for SSAFA. I currently volunteer for a sexual violence charity.

How I Work

For almost 10 years, I’ve supported people through experiences of trauma and loss, and I truly understand how important it is to feel safe, seen, and heard. My aim is to offer you a calm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s going on for you — somewhere you feel accepted just as you are.


Working with a therapist can gently help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, uncover the deeper roots of your struggles, and find new ways forward. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back and support you in building a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are.


I draw from a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling and Solution-Focused Therapy — tailoring our work to suit your unique needs. You can learn more about these approaches by clicking here.

You might be wondering why I chose to train as a counsellor, coach, and clinical hypnotherapist. For me, it’s about being able to offer you the kind of support that’s as unique as you are.

Being trained in a range of approaches means we’re not limited to just one way of working. Instead, I can draw from a variety of tools and techniques — gently tailoring our sessions to suit what you need, in the moment and over time.

By combining counselling, coaching, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and breathwork (when it feels right and always with your consent), we can explore your challenges from different angles — whether emotional, practical, or physical— creating a more holistic and personalised path forward. This flexibility helps us find what truly works best for you and your journey.
