Weekly or fortnightly sessions, with regular reviews to ensure therapy continues to feel safe, helpful and aligned.

Therapy with me is grounded in neuroscience, scientific trauma research, and compassion. We won’t just talk about what happened. We’ll work together to understand how trauma lives in your body, and begin to shift those patterns gently, at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer online counselling, coaching, hypnotherapy and clinical supervision to clients throughout Europe and the UK.

My practice is based in Chester, Cheshire.I a private and discreet office in Hoole. Being based in Chester means my practice is accessible from Boughton, Farndon, Huntington, Saighton, Ellesmere Port, Saltney, Wrexham, the Wirral, and the surrounding areas. It is just off the M53, the M56 and the A55.

I’m an accredited integrative counsellor, coach and clinical hypnotherapist specialising in trauma, anxiety, grief and dysregulated nervous systems.

I work with adults across the UK and internationally through online therapy.

My background includes trauma-informed practice, advanced coaching, neurological approaches, somatic tools and evidence-based hypnotherapy.

Alongside clinical work, I am also a supervisor and trainer for therapists and coaches.
