What is Counselling?

Counselling can provide you with the space and time away from the demands of everyday life to focus solely on you and the issues that are troubling you.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis to help individuals access their unconscious mind in order to help change their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Therapy with me is grounded in neuroscience, scientific trauma research, and compassion. We won’t just talk about what happened. We’ll work together to understand how trauma lives in your body, and begin to shift those patterns gently, at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer online counselling, coaching, hypnotherapy and clinical supervision to clients throughout Europe and the UK.

My practice is based in Chester, Cheshire.I a private and discreet office in Hoole. Being based in Chester means my practice is accessible from Boughton, Farndon, Huntington, Saighton, Ellesmere Port, Saltney, Wrexham, the Wirral, and the surrounding areas. It is just off the M53, the M56 and the A55.
